Founder
Norman Fowler commenced his career in 1972 at Mondi as a Technician who specialised in heavy current and power electronics. He thereafter partnered with John Bremner in 1986 and co-founded Feedback Electronics to further pursue opportunities and be at the frontline of new innovative technology in the electronics and automation industry.
The name Feedback Electronics was chosen from the initials of the founding members surname (Fowler / Bremner). The fundamental reason for starting Feedback Electronics was to primarily provide a value add to the automation and industrial electronics industry. Norman Fowler’s vision for Feedback electronics is simply to” provide the best possible service/solution and be the best at what we do”

Denzil Chinnapen kick started his career in 1993 at Eskom power Matimba, Northern Province as a power electronics technician.
He then moved on to Varispeed initially as a technician, and thereafter promoted to a sales engineer. Finally joining Feedback in 1993 as a sales representative, growing into the role of Sales Manager and eventually becoming a member at Feedback Electronics CC in 2009.
Denzil joined the company as he saw potential for growth in technical and sales development in the electronic and automation industry.
His vision for Feedback Electronics is to see teamwork making the dream work.

Mohamed’s career started at Feedback Electronics as a Trainee in 2003. His hard work and dedication has led him to naturally progress up the chain of command to being appointed as general manager.
In 2019, the Projects department was established and spearheaded by Mohamed overseeing turn-key projects in various industries, as well as being extensively involved in the creation & design of Electrical Schematics and 3D drawings of Panels on the EPlan platform.
Soon after been promoted to General manager, Mohamed began overseeing the projects, sales and service departments.
Mohamed’s vision is the continuous empowerment of employees and the maintenance of a harmonious work environment.
